Standard Shipping

Fashionary offers air shipping worldwide on orders placed on Fashionary website. Your order may be delivered to you either by the local postal service or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. Your signature will be required upon delivery.

If you or someone on your behalf is not able to sign for the delivery, the carrier will leave a notice card to arrange a re-delivery at a suitable time.

Free Shipping

Fashionary is shipping from Hong Kong. We offer free shipping for orders over US $50.00.

Shipping & Handling Time

Please allowed us to process your order within 1-3 days after transaction. Orders could be delivered to most locations within 7-14 days working after the parcels left our warehouse. The delivery time frames are for reference only. There's no guarantee that the parcel will arrive within the defined time. Transit times vary based on the delivery location, custom inspection and others factor.

Express Shipping

Express delivery takes up to 4 working days, depending on the time of purchase and your delivery address. Your order will be delivered by DHL who will attempt to deliver the goods to you. They will leave a notice card after each delivery attempt to advise you what you can do to arrange the receipt of your package. Your signature will be required upon delivery.

Track Your Order

You may track your order by using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking number begins with 'R' or 'L', we are unable to track these parcels after they have left Hong Kong. Please check our website for estimate days for arrival after item being shipped.

Return

Fashionary accepts unused and unopened orders return within 30 days of receipt for a refund. You will responsible for the return expenses. We will provide a refund if the products you purchased are faulty or damaged in transit.

Once a qualified refund is received we will process your refund as soon as possible. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment, Though shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please take note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please feel free to contact us.

Incomplete delivery address/wrong delivery address

We will not responsible for incomplete delivery address or wrong delivery address.

Faulty Goods/Error Content

In the rare event that goods are delivered damaged or defective please contact us to arrange a replacement or a refund. If you discover the misprint or error on the contents, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement. We will bear the costs to collect the goods and issue a re-delivery.

Received Incorrect Order

We can’t bear making mistakes but occasionally it might happen. Please contact us immediately to arrange an exchange. We will bear the costs to collect the goods and issue a re-delivery.

Exchange

We're not able to offer an exchange on returned items. If you want a different item, you will need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order. You will responsible for the return expenses.

Custom Tax

We cannot guarantee that you will not be charged any custom taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
